A new UGA tradition may be coming on Wednesday, April 13, 2016: Dawg Tag Day.

The Student Government Association along with several collaborating organizations* is planning what they hope will make the campus of UGA more welcoming. The plan is to hand out thousands of name tags or “Dawg Tags” all over campus so that every member of the UGA community will know each others first names. Then it is up to each individual member of the community to call each other by name, and share a smile. Community Building 101, know each others names.
