SEC Athletes Not Governed By The Same Rules

There are no universal rules set by the NCAA in regards to student conduct. University of Georgia running back Todd Gurley was suspended indefinitely on Thursday from games while he is investigated for NCAA infractions. However, other SEC athletes are held to different standards.  For example, Ole Miss defensive end Robert Nkemdiche is being investigated for illegal substance use and has yet to be disciplined for his actions.
